Mary Cariola offers a broad array of clinical and therapeutic services. Our experienced, innovative team of clinicians draws from a variety of disciplines to ensure each child receives the highest level of individualized therapy available.
Our core clinical services—speech, physical and occupational therapies—are augmented by other therapies for the body and mind.
Music Therapy is a central focus of our Agency and our three music therapists will tell you that a sense of rhythm, sequential memory, socialization and teamwork are just a few of the key results of their work. From nursery rhymes being sung in classrooms to learning to play the piano, music radiates throughout our facilities.
Our therapy dogs, Katie and Trixie, work their magic every day helping to encourage reluctant children to walk, reinforce positive behavior, stimulate touch and simply act as loyal friends.
Our Snoezelen Room at the Elmwood Campus was the first of its kind in the state when it opened in 2001. The room is designed to therapeutically heighten the senses through a unique blend of stimuli that excites or relaxes a child, depending on their need. It features:

- Glowing bubble tubes
- Sparkling mats
- Magic wands
- Disco balls
- Music
