The COVID-19 pandemic has forced Mary Cariola Center to be laser focused on keeping our students, residents, staff, our five school buildings, and six residential homes safe, clean and welcoming to all who learn, work and live with us. This year’s Roc the Day efforts will raise funds for emergency needs caused by the pandemic. Now in its 10th year, this community day of giving has raised millions to support thousands in the Rochester area.

The costs of health screening stations, disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer, paper towels, PPE equipment, student storage containers, individual work stations, Plexiglas classroom dividers, floor markings, contact tracing materials,were unbudgeted but necessary expenses. We anticipate these costs to continue in the months ahead.
