Medicaid Service Coordination Program
Medicaid Service Coordinators serve up to 25 children each on their caseloads. They work with children with disabilities and their families to identify and secure services from community resources. To be eligible for this program the child must live at home, in an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA), or in family care. In and out of home respite care, recreation opportunities, clinical services, and family reimbursement funding for equipment and environmental modifications are some examples of the services that are provided for the children who range in age from three to 21 years of age.
