I have worked for Mary Cariola for almost seven years. I have had the privilege of working in both the school program and the residential setting. The true heroes in this field are the children. Caring for and helping each child is such a rewarding experience. I enjoy knowing that I provide a sense of stability and security to each child. Seeing the joy and happiness I can provide to each child is such a feeling of accomplishment. MCCC is a wonderful place to work. Everyone is very supportive and works as a team.

Sixteen years ago my son Aaron and I attended the Parent & Infant Program at MCCC. It was then when I first experienced the genuine love and care that the staff at MCCC provides. I knew it was the place for me and began my career at Cariola a year later. I have worked in a variety of capacities and in each setting the staff loved the children as their own. It is such a gratifying feeling to work with the students, giving them the tools they need to achieve their goals. |
