What is more fun than an Oktoberfest and Feast to support Mary Cariola Children’s Center and a friendly fundraising competition with The Villa of Hope?
We can’t think of anything!
Join us on Friday, October 12th at The Beer Hall in Webster, as two great non-profit agencies battle each other to see who can raise the most money. The Kiwanis Club of Penfield/Perinton is sponsoring an evening of fun, food and friendly foes.
This Oktoberfest celebration is a fundraiser to benefit both Mary Cariola Children’s Center and The Villa of Hope. 100% of every beer sold will go directly to the agencies, but who will bring in more people and therefore more money? Even the leaders of the agencies will get into the spirit of things with a bartender competition. Come out and make sure that Karen Zandi “taps” into the Cariola Community to bring victory and lots of donations for our mission.
Karen will be joined by these Agency friends and celebrity hosts:
4:00 pm-5:00 pm Senator Joe Robach & Senator Rich Funke
5:00 pm-6:00 pm Christine Gullo & Karen Zandi
(President/CEO Villa of Hope and President/CEO Mary Cariola Children’s Center)
6:00 pm-7:00 pm Bob Calabrese, Gerianne Puskas & Linda Henning
(Founding Kiwanis member and Newest Kiwanis members)
7:00 pm-8:00 pm John Treahy & Councilwoman Linda Kohl
(President Pen/Per Kiwanis and President Rotary District 7120 Governor)
In honor of Oktoberfest, The Beer Hall will have a number of craft beers available as well as their great menu with a variety of German food specials for this event. The Beer Hall is located at 1517 Empire Boulevard in Webster and the event runs from 4:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
