Martha has worked for Mary Cariola Center for over 35 years. Martha has been with the Transition Program as a Teacher Aide and is now the Teacher Assistant. She has been with the program since the very early days and has been an integral part of the growing process. Martha works with students on basic work skills, life readiness, and prevocational activities in the Mary Cariola Work Center and in various additional settings.

Theresa began at Mary Cariola in 2010 as a Special Education Teacher. She has taught students ages 12-21 of all ability levels and behavioral needs. Theresa joined the Transition team in 2019, working collaboratively with teachers to introduce students to transition services, accommodate their strengths and interests, and help them gain vital life skills. Molly Iten has been employed by Mary Cariola for over 26 years. During that time she has taught students of every age level and ability. Molly joined the Transition Program as the Cooking Instructor in 2009 and has held the position of Transition Coordinator for the past three years. Rachel has been employed by Mary Cariola Center since 1989. She has worked for the agency in several different capacities including teacher aide, substitute teacher, classroom teacher for several years, and for the past two decades, in the Transition Program. Rachel has seen the Transition Program through a significant amount of growth and change, and works with transition age students on basic work skills, life readiness, as well as prevocational and work training activities in the community.
